Matter

We are familiar with Matter in any way. The definition of Matter is anything that has mass and volume. The most common objects that we use every day it is simple to demonstrate that they have mass and take up space. All gases are invisible to see through the eye gases have very small masses compared to the same amounts of solids and liquids, and are easy to change the volume. Today, we can measure the mass of a small balloon when it is deflated and then blow it up, tie it off, and measure its mass again to detect the additional mass due to the air inside. Depending on the temperature and other conditions, Matter can appear in any of several states. In ordinary temperatures gold is a solid, water is a liquid, and nitrogen is a gas, as defined by established characteristics: solids hold their shape, liquids take the shape of the container that holds them, and gases fill an entire container.
